Dining Services: Three meals are served daily in our community dining room. You will enjoy many traditional favorites as well as alternative culinary selections featured on each daily menu. Menus will change seasonally, offering a continued variety of nutritious meals for your enjoyment.  Residents help in preparing the menu so as to create independence and offering meals that are both healthy and pleasing.

Guests: Residents are welcomed and encouraged to have friends, family, and other guests join them for a meal.  Please inform staff as early as possible, but no later than 4 hours for any meal during the weak, one day for weekend meals, and 1 week in advance for holiday meals.  If a visitor stops by and the resident wants to ask the to stay for dinner, they should call the kitchen.  Every effort will be made to accommodate one or two additional guests.  If the resident wishes to treat his/her guests, the fee for the meal can be added to the monthly invoice.  If guests are paying, they may pay at the end of the mealtime.  Breakfast and supper meal is $3.50/each, and dinner is $4.50/each.  Holiday meals cost $8.00/each.

Meal Times: The Resident Council has decided that:

• A continental breakfast will be available in the dining room from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  Here, residents are asked to help themselves as much as possible for the purpose of independence.
• A Hot Grill in the mornings will be available as Resident Menu Planners dictate.
• The noon meal will be the main meal of the day and will be served at 12:00 noon.
• The evening meal will be served at 5:00 p.m. daily.
