Hospital Transfers?

We can usually continue all their therapy three times a week and still be covered under Medicare Part B, if the therapy is needed and ordered by your physician.  The staff at Port Charles will follow the directions of the attending physician at the time of discharge and more specifically, the direction of the resident for on-going cares.
