How Do I Know If I Or My Parent Qualify?

After the application is received by Port Charles, the staff will make an appointment with the person to be admitted to do a physical and mental assessment to ensure they meet the guidelines of the State of Iowa and our facility.  This assessment may take place within Port Charles or almost anyplace of the person’s direction.
